This is simple yet classy miniature top hat which is perfect for the modern bride.
A beautiful hand-blocked, hand sewn off white fur felt "burlesque style" miniature top hat, trimmed in white petersham ribbon, cream pleated crinoline, topped off with a single white rubber rose. I prefer to use rubber roses as they have a greater sense of realism then most silk flowers. Attaches with elastic matching your hair colour.
